Carowinds is excited to unveil an all-new rockin’ experience for guests this summer. Carowinds Summer Music Fest amplified by Coke Studio™, will remix the entire park experience with exhilarating live performances from popular artists. The all-new music festival is set to begin on Friday, July 5, and run select weekends through Saturday, August 10.
Carowinds Summer Music Fest Admission
The all-new Carowinds Summer Music Fest is FREE with park admission! All Carowinds season passholders and single-day ticket holders will receive access to all things music fest—including the star-studded headlining performances in Carowinds’ Paladium.
Season Passes
Carowinds’ season passes are available in Silver, Gold, and Prestige, allowing guests to pick the pass that best suits their lifestyle.
2024 Silver Passes offer the lowest price, granting unlimited visits and free parking through Labor Day. Gold Passes grant unlimited admission for the entire season, including special events like SCarowinds and WinterFest. Guests who want to enhance their experience with exclusive access should purchase the Prestige Pass.
All season passes include access to 30+ performances during Carowinds Summer Music Fest.
Daily Tickets
Carowinds offers a variety of tickets and ticket packages. Guests are encouraged to purchase park admission online before their visit to secure the best deal. General daily admission tickets are available for as low as $49.99 and Bring-A-Friend tickets as low as $24.99.

Carowinds Summer Music Fest Performance Schedule
Over the course of 10 event days, Carowinds Summer Music Fest will feature over 30 live performances across three stages.
Paladium Amphitheatre: Headline Performances
Carowinds Summer Music Fest amplified by Coke Studio™, will occur on select Fridays and Saturdays in July and August. Headline performances feature a range of popular artists, with something for every guest to enjoy:
- July 5: LeAnn Rimes with Johnnyswim
- July 6: Bret Michaels Parti-Gras Tour with special guests Dee Snider and Steve Augeri, plus Great White and Slaughter
- July 19: Carly Pearce with Niko Moon and Hannah Ellis
- July 20: TobyMac with Tenth Avenue North
- July 26: Brett Young with Restless Road
- July 27: Brantley Gilbert with Lauren Alaina
- August 2: Skillet with 10 Years
- August 3: Sugar Ray, Better Than Ezra, and Tonic
- August 9: Flo Rida with Blanco Brown
- August 10: Russell Dickerson with Tyler Rich

Additional Stages: Regional Bands and Emerging Artists
In addition to headline performances at the Paladium, regional bands and emerging artists will fill the park with the thrill of live music throughout the day. Two stages will be located around the park to showcase these artists.
Thunder Road Stage
Located on the lawn near Harmony Hall and Thunder Striker.

Carowinds’ Paladium Amphitheatre
Since its debut in 1975, Carowinds' Paladium Amphitheatre has welcomed music legends such as Billy Joel, Bob Dylan, Charlie Daniels, James Taylor, Mary J. Blige, and The Temptations. This summer, the Paladium will come alive again to host headline performances during the all-new Carowinds Summer Music Fest.
Venue Location
This iconic performance space is located at the front of the park, near the North Gate. Guests will access the Paladium from inside Carowinds. All guests entering the park and the Paladium are subject to security screening.
The Paladium gates are scheduled to open at 5:00 PM for each evening of performances.
Open Seating
Seating will be offered within the Paladium on an open basis and is subject to availability. Seat saving is not permitted; guests must be physically present to sit within the Paladium. Section 1 seating is reserved for guests who collect a free wristband at Thrill Zone Stage (near Hurler) on the day of each performance while supplies last.
Section 1 Seating Wristbands
Access to section 1 seating requires a free wristband that can be received at Thrill Zone Stage (near Hurler) on the day of each performance, from the park's opening until 4:00 PM or until all wristbands have been distributed. Only one wristband will be distributed per physically present person. These free wristbands grant entry to the front seating section of the Paladium at any time after the gates open at 5:00 PM.
Individual seats within Section 1 seating are not assigned and may be occupied on a first-come, first-served basis by guests with a valid, free wristband. As with all seating within the venue, this section is subject to availability. Carowinds reserves the right to deny entry when venue capacity is met. This condition applies to guests who have exited and wish to reenter the venue and/or section.
Accessibility
Accessible seating will be available within the Paladium. Guests should ask an associate to be directed to accessible seating areas upon entering the venue.
Venue Amenities
To ensure a comfortable concert experience, Carowinds' Paladium will feature a variety of convenient amenities.
Merchandise
Gifts and souvenirs will be available at retail locations inside the Paladium. Guests can commemorate their experience with the limited-edition Carowinds Summer Music Fest event t-shirt or select merchandise from their favorite artists.
Concert-goers can enhance their viewing experience with the Glow to the Beat necklace, available exclusively inside the Paladium. These necklaces will bring each performance to life with synchronized lights and rhythms, echoing each artist's show.
Food and Beverage
Guests are encouraged to enjoy Carowinds' wide variety of dining options, available throughout the park, before entering the Paladium. Select food and beverage items will be available within the venue. Concert classics like all-beef hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, and popcorn, available at the Paladium concession stands, can fuel their fun.
Two guest-favorite signature items from the park will be available at specialty dining tents–Burnt End Sliders (from Harmony Hall) and Loaded Waffle Fries (from Terminal A).
Of course, refreshing Coca-Cola beverages will flow, and guests can redeem their drink plans at the Paladium. Additionally, a selection of beer and cocktails will be available for purchase.
Please note Carowinds' dining plans–including All Season Dining, All Day Dining, All Day Dining Premium, and Single Meal Deals–will NOT be valid for food offerings inside the Paladium gates.
